Gorillas is an on-demand grocery delivery company. Over the past two years it has taken cities around the world by storm.
Gorillas entered the UK during the pandemic with a specific focus on certain boroughs within London.
The aim of the research was to sense check their brand awareness against their competitors and understand the public perception of the creative on their latest out of home campaign on London buses.
We created a survey with a three step brand awareness (unaided open end question, brand name and logo) as well as a concept test where respondents reviewed images of the creative. The survey was taken by 1,000 respondents and cut by basic demographics and London boroughs.
